Single Frying Top Steak Recipe

Single Frying Top Steak Recipe

A simple and tasty way to cook sirloin steak is in the skillet. A no-frills recipe to savor the natural taste of this succulent piece! Want to learn? Check out the details of my simple skillet sirloin recipe below that I always prepare when I want to eat sirloin steak without wasting too much time in the kitchen.

Ingredients for making simple skillet steak:

 500 grams of beef steak

 3 cloves of crushed garlic

 1 pinch of coarse salt

 Black pepper

How to make simple skillet steak:

To make this steak recipe make sure you choose a good quality steak from a butcher you trust, it makes all the difference! Then cut the picanha in slices about 1 finger thick and season with garlic, salt and pepper to taste.

Heat a non-stick skillet and, when hot, brown the picanha slices for 3-4 minutes on each side to make the point. Leave a little more if you like the meat well done.

Remove your top sirloin from a plain skillet to the plate and let it rest for a while before slicing, so the juices settle and it's juicier. Sometimes I serve my picanha with sauce to the campaign, but most of the times I eat this simple because it's very tasty.
